Return and complaint policy

Return policy:

We offer a 14-day return period. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for returns:

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return process:

Please do not return your purchase until you have received confirmation from us. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Refund process:

If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 10 business days of receiving your return package.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless you agree to a different method.
There are no fees for refunds, there is no logistics fee, but the delivery costs are non-refundable.

Cancellation process:

You can contact us and cancel your order as long as the status of your tracking number has not been changed to "Package shipped".
